Marco Ciccotelli – Executive Chef
Born in 1985 in Tollo (Chieti), Marco Ciccotelli is the new Executive Chef of the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace.
Ciccotelli’s cuisine is built on three essential principles: seasonality, essentiality, and quality. Each dish is crafted by enhancing a few carefully selected ingredients, with the goal of celebrating the essence of Italian gastronomy.
The result is a refined cuisine that blends tradition and innovation, with a deep respect for authentic flavor.
