One place, two souls. VICI Bistrot & Ristorante is named after architect Carlo Busiri Vici – who designed the building in 1905 – now home to InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace, with menus curated by Executive Chef Marco Ciccotelli.
During the day, VICI Bistrot offers a lively and welcoming atmosphere with light, authentic Italian dishes crafted from seasonal local ingredients.
In the evening, VICI Ristorante invites guests into an elegant yet relaxed setting, serving contemporary Italian cuisine with more intense and refined flavors.

Welcome to Charlie’s rooftop bar at the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace Hotel. An atmosphere of modern jet setters, exclusive live music and DJ sets, sophisticated mixology and canapés.
